Metro Cat Rescue especially needs volunteers for trapping and transportation of cats to the vet. Fosters, including people who can care for kittens — especially in the summer months — also are required.
If you can do something else that will save kittens and cats, please do contact us, too, with an outline of your skill set and ideas. If you now are caring for community cats, let us know where the colony is and what resources / assistance is required.

Metro Cat Rescue coordinates the volunteer care of many outdoor cats in a number of colonies. We’re working hard to bring some inside to socialize and to place in good homes. This takes lots of time, space and money.
Our day with the rescue cats starts at 6am and ends at 8pm. Volunteer feeding of community cats is at dawn.
